Ľubica Debnárová is a Policy Assistant in the team dealing with Fight against Child Sexual Abuse at the Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs in the European Commission. In this role she deals notably with CSA prevention and EU-funded projects, including CPORT. Ms Debnárová also supports legislative efforts of the team on the implementation of the Interim Regulation. She has been working in the European Commission in various roles since 2013, both at the Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs and for seven years at the European Commission Representation in Bratislava, Slovakia. She holds a master’s degree in international relations.

Robbert Hoving is the President of Offlimits, an organization that not only includes the Hotline and Helpline of the Dutch Safer Internet Center, but as well works to prevent child sexual abuse with Stop it Now. Before this he worked for the Dutch National Rapporteur on Trafficking in Human Beings and Sexual Violence against Children, the Dutch Public Prosecutor's Service and has started his career in the international hospitality industry.

Lorelien Hoet is Director of EU Government Affairs at Microsoft. In this role, she deals notably with data protection, online safety and content moderation, law enforcement and telecommunications policy, Before joining Microsoft in 2018, she worked as a legal executive at Proximus, holding different positions including Head of Legal Consumer business, and at Orange where she worked as Director of Regulatory Affairs. She holds an LL.M from KU Leuven and was also active as attorney at the bars of Brussels and Stockholm.

Privacy Council at VeraSafe, Min Kyoungsic, brings a rich background in data privacy compliance, particularly within CSAM investigations, augmented by his legal experience in both South Korea and the U.S. His tenure at the Human Rights Commission of Korea and the International Criminal Court's Appeals Chamber underpins his deep understanding of legal complexities and the imperative of protecting children's rights. I am eager to contribute my insights and perspectives to the stakeholders involved.

Denton Howard has been INHOPE’s Executive Director since March 2018. As Execute Director, he holds overall responsibility for INHOPE’s management and financial oversight. He provides guidance and support to the team and ensures strategic development of the organisation.

Prior to his role, Denton was INHOPE’s Training & Services Manager from 2005, responsible for the development and delivery of all training and member related activities. Before joining INHOPE, he was Senior Training Consultant and Founder of Impart Knowledge Training Solutions Ltd. He is an Institute of Directors - certified Director. His formal qualifications include Honours degree in Business, Postgraduate degree in IT & Computer Science, and is a CompTIA i-Net Certified Professional.

Rui Vieira has been a coordinator with the INTERPOL Crimes Against Children Unit (CAC) since October 2023. He joined CAC in 2017. Previously he worked as a Police Inspector in the Portuguese Criminal Police, where he spent 10 years in the Cybercrime unit.

Grete Raidma joined INHOPE in 2022. As Project Manager, Grete leads the CPORT, AviaTor and Stronger Together projects. She also supports legislative and advocacy efforts at INHOPE. Prior to joining INHOPE, she worked as a lawyer for the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board and as a junior project manager at a Dutch based NGO - the Netherlands Helsinki Committee. Grete has a master’s degree (LL.M.) in Public International Law from Leiden University and has gained outreach and strategy experience via internships from Europol and Eurojust.

As Chief Operating Officer, Dushica Naumovska is responsible for strategic direction of the organisation and oversees all INHOPE projects while building and maintaining key strategic partnerships. Dushica has 16 years of experience in management and fundraising at various non-profit organisations. Prior to this role, she was a Programme Manager at Child Helpline International. Dushica has also worked for a local child rights organisation in Kenya through Voluntary Service Overseas. Dushica holds a bachelor’s degree in European Studies and holds a seat at the Supervisory Board of PAX, the largest peace building organisation in the Netherlands.

John-John Brandis-Arntzen is the Director of Marketing & Business Development at SafeToNet, a leading British cyber-safety company. With a tech background and a passion for social impact, he drives partnerships and European policy at SafeToNet. Since joining in 2020, he's created impactful global projects to improve online safety for children. John-John is dedicated to SafeToNet's vision of ending online anarchy and ensuring a safer future for all.
