In December 2019, a delegation of the South Korean Ministry of Gender Equality and Family paid a visit to jugendschutz.net, one of INHOPE's hotlines from Germany, to learn more about our work in the field of self-harm behavior and especially suicide prevention. The aim was to exchange expertise to suggest improvements to South Korea’s national policy for the protection of children.

The delegation was also very much interested in our hotline work and our work in all other fields of the protection of minors on the internet, especially in the grey areas of child sexual exploitation, and our multi-dimensional approach towards a modern youth protection on the internet.
