Tell us a bit about yourself
I am a professor of law, currently also the Dean of College of Management and Smart Sustainability, Tzu Chi University, Taiwan, and Honorary professor of Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, Germany. I have been representing ECPAT- Taiwan to take part in INHOPE's AGM since 2005.
Why do you think INHOPE is important?
INHOPE is a perfect platform for national hotlines, without which it would be difficult, if not impossible, to deal with CSAM online.
Why did you decide to join the INHOPE Board?
I think I may be able to provide professional advice to INHOPE.
What do you see as the biggest challenge for the network in the next 2 years?
The key priority will be to stabilise the organisation and ensure its continued effective functioning within the available resources.
What is your vision for the future of child online safety?
A digital world without CSAM.
