Join us on 30 April 2024 for the 2nd annual European Virtual Forum (EVF) on the topic of "A Network of Trusted Flaggers".

Hosted in the Netherlands on behalf of the European Commission, the EVF will be an online-only event to ensure that all speakers and participants can easily join. This focus group will explore the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the procedures and roles associated with becoming Trusted Flaggers under the Act.

Through its new rules, the DSA aims to better protect consumers and their fundamental rights online. This includes increased safeguards for young digital users that address illegal content, reporting and removal processes. We will outline the new regulatory requirements and provide a platform for experience sharing on the Trusted Flagger application process and the collaboration status between industry, Digital Services Coordinators, and the INHOPE/Insafe networks. This meeting is intended for INHOPE hotlines and Insafe helplines interested in applying for Trusted Flagger status, as well as industry operating in the EU and national Digital Services Coordinators.
