Meet Bianca, INHOPE's Technical Data Specialist
Get to know the people behind INHOPE with our team member spotlight.
Bianca Montesanti
Technical Data Specialist, joined INHOPE in December 2022.
How has your background shaped who you are?
My academic background in International Cooperation, Child Protection, and International Criminology, along with my extensive experience working with NGOs in different regions, has shaped me into a passionate advocate for Child Protection. My work in challenging environments like Bolivia sparked my dedication, and my internship at the INTERPOL Innovation Centre broadened my understanding of technology-related crimes, leading me to pursue a more comprehensive, international approach to combat child exploitation and cybercrimes.
Why do you work at INHOPE?
From a very young age, I feel reactive and somehow responsible for the issues and unfairness of our society, and I genuinely think that I have found my long-life inspiration by working within the Child Protection sector. I believe that knowledge, awareness, and education are key elements for preventing child abuse both online and in-person, and I truly see all these elements in an organisation such as INHOPE.
