Croatian Hotline Opens new Office in Pula

The Croatian hotline is officially expanding its national network with the opening of a new office in Pula this February. This new hub marks a strategic partnership between the Centre for Missing and Exploited Children and the Istria County.

As digital risks evolve, so must our response. With a staggering 280% increase in online child exploitation crimes in Croatia over the last seven years, the need for localised, accessible expertise has never been greater. This new office is designed to be a mobile force for prevention. Our experts will travel throughout the county, visiting schools, social welfare institutions, and local communities, to provide direct education, counseling, and support to children, parents, and professionals.

This expansion, supported by a five-year commitment from the Istria County, ensures that the highest standards of digital safety and preventive education are now firmly established in the region. We look forward to building a safer digital environment for every child in Istria.
