INHOPE trainings are created to support hotline analysts with their everyday work, to give them the tools and knowledge on the technical part of their work, self-care and overall knowledge. This way they are able to do their difficult job, develop their skills and work and stay healthy.

The trainings are developed for INHOPE members, especially hotline analysts.

Most of our trainings can be followed online, to allow analysts working in INHOPE Hotlines to self certify using our online facility which is available 24/7 and can be taken at their own pace.
